تغطية شاملة للمزاد العلني لقطع الأراضي السكنية بحي قُرطبة في محافظة المذنب (صور )
 

أنجزت لجنة المساهمات العقارية بوزارة التجارة والاستثمار بيع القطع المتبقية من مخطط قرطبة الواقع بمحافظة المذنب في منطقة القصيم، عبر المزاد المنظم من قبل اللجنة يوم الإثنين 2 / 1 / 1438هـ بمركز الأمير سلطان الحضاري بالمحافظة،
وانطلق المزاد في تمام الساعة الرابعة والنصف عصراً وتم بيع آخر القطع الساعة السابعة مساءً .وأقيم المزاد وسط حضور للمزايدين و المهتمين بالشّأن العقاري على 30 قطعة تنوعت بين السكنية ومرافق حكومية،
وكان البيع بطريقة عرض القطع والمزايدة عليها بمبلغ 5000 ريال من المزايدين، وتراوحت أسعار قطع الأراضي بين 70 ألف ريال و 380 ألف ريال، فيما بلغت القيمة الإجمالية للقطع المباعة في المزاد أكثر من 4 ملايين ريال،
وهي أسعار مناسبة وفق تقييم الأسعار وآراء الحضور وكذلك في ظل الركود الحاصل في السوق العقاريعلى وجه العموم، ويتم عملية الإفراغ وفق إعلان اللجنة يوم الثلاثاء ،
