قام سعادة المدير العام للتدريب التقني والمهني بمنطقة القصيم المهندس: أحمد بن علي الحمودي، بزيارة الكلية التقنية والمعهد الصناعي الثانوي بمحافظة المذنب ، وكان برفقته مدير الإعلام المؤسسي بالإدارة العامة بالقصيم الأستاذ: سليمان الحمد وكان في إستقبالهم سعادة عميد الكلية التقنية والمشرف على المعهد الصناعي الثانوي بمحافظة المذنب المهندس: خالد بن محمد العتيق ووكلاء الكلية وقد قاموا بجولة على الأقسام والورش في الكلية والمعهد.
واطلع "الحمودي" على إمكانيات الوحدة التدريبية، وما يمكن العمل على تطويره من حيث التخصصات والمباني وقاعات التدريب والورش.. وناقش الشراكات الاستراتيجية وريادة الأعمال لتوفير فرص العمل لأبناء المحافظة بشكل عام، ولخريجي الكلية التقنية والمعهد الصناعي الثانوي بمحافظة المذنب على وجه الخصوص، تخلل الزيارة تكريم المتفوقين في ها الفصل التدريبي وكرم الفائزين في بطولة دوري تنس الطاولة وتكريم المشاركين من المتدربين في مهرجان واحة المانعية ، وكرم سعادته الجوال الإعلامي: عبدالله بن صالح الزيدان نظير الجهود الإعلامية المتميزة في نقل أخبار وفعاليات المحافظة بشكل عام والكلية بشكل خاص ،
