ولكن نصيب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصىه التي تعتبر هذه الفعاليات مناسبة لتجمعهم وتفاعلهم مع المجتمع وفي كافة المهرجانات التي تنظمها محافظة المذنب أين هو؟؟؟ لم نراء لهم ما يثلج الصدر من فعليات والتقاط صور لهم حيث يظهر مدى اهتمامكم بغير ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة
على كل حال كل ما في هذا التقرير يسعد غير ذوي الاحتياجات لأنه لا يخدمهم
فهل ستتحول محافظة المذنب وأهلها إنكار هذه الفئة كل عام وحرمانهم من الدمج في المجتمع أم يستمر الحال على ما هو عليه وعلى المتضرر اللجوء إلى القضاء
