إنطلقت مساء اليوم الخميس الموافق ٢٤ / ٣ / ١٤٣٦هـ أولى فعاليات مهرجان Big blocK للتسارع الرملي وذلك في منتزة المانعية الشبابي البري شرق محافظة المذنب بحضور مُدراء الدوائر الحكومية والجهات الأمنية المشاركة حيث شهد المهرجان حضور لافتاً من الشباب حيث بدأت بكلمة ترحيبية لجمهور تلا ذلك انطلاق الفعاليات باستعراض للكابتن/ ناهي الشلاقي الذي نال على اعجاب الجميع تلا ذلك تسلسل بقية الفقرات المعده وقدم الفقرات الانشادية المنشد/ مصعب السلطان وقدم المدير العام لمؤسسة نزهة نجد
السياحية المشغلة لمهرجان التسارع الرملي الأستاذ/عبدالرحمن دخيل الجوهر شكره الجزيل لسعادة محافظ المذنب ورئيس بلدية محافظة المذنب على ما قدموه من دعم وتسهيلات لإنجاح هذا المهرجان والهيئة العامة للسياحة والآثار الداعم الرئيسي
للمهرجان ويعد Big block أقوى المهرجانات الشبابية في منطقة القصيم لما تحظى به رياضة التسارع الرملي باهتمام الشباب وذلك لكثرة الحضور الهائل ولذي يتجاوز العشرون ألف زائر كما تقدم بالشكرالجزيل للمدير التنفيذي بالمهرجان الأستاذ/ يحي بن يوسف اليحيوي على ماقدمه من استعدادات لإستقبال الزوار وتجهيز الأماكن المخصصه لكل المشاركين من الجهات الأمنية والدوائر الحكومية .
