أقامت لجنة التنمية الإجتماعية الأهلية بمحافظة المذنب ملتقى أشبال التنمية الثاني لعام 1440هـ بتغطية إعلامية موقع وسناب أهالي محافظة المذنب الإلكترونية حيث يتم استقبال الطلاب المشاركين يومياً في صالة النشاط التابعة لإدارة التعليم بالمحافظة، حيث يقدم لهم بعض المناشط الترويحية والرياضية والثقافية والدورات التدريبية والبرامج الهادفة والمميزة منها دورة الرسم قدمها الأستاذ: محمد بن عبدالله الشبل ودورة المهارات الإلقائية للأستاذ: سليمان بن محمد الجارالله تلا ذلك دورة مهارات الخط العربي للأستاذ: أحمد بن محمد الناصر، بمتابعة المدير التنفيذي بلجنة التنمية الإجتماعية بالمذنب الأستاذ: عزام بن ناصر الجمل، بعد ذلك تم صرف الطلاب بعد صلاة العشاء ، حيث أن الملتقى يتوافق مع الإختبارات النهائية للفصل الأول بحيث يتم إستغلال وقت فراغ الأشبال بما يعود إليهم بالنفع والفائدة ، وفي ختام الملتقى أقيم حفل تكريمي للمتميزين والعاملين بحضور أعضاء مجلس الإدارة الأستاذ: عبدالرحمن بن فالح المطيري والأستاذ: عبدالعزيز بن محمد الدهلاوي والأستاذ: إبراهيم بن حسن المقبل
