زار صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الدكتور: فيصل بن مشعل بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز أمير منطقة القصيم رئيس مجلس التنمية السياحية بالمنطقة، مساء يوم الأربعاء 19 / 11 / 1439هـ، فعاليات مهرجان صيف المذنب 39 بمنتزه خرطم بمحافظة المذنب ودشن سموه فور وصوله مقر المهرجان أربعة مشروعات بلدية تنموية تابعة للمحافظة، كما وضع حجر الأساس لتنفيذ المرحلة الرابعة لمنتزه خرطم السياحي، مستمعاً سموه لشرحٍ مفصل عن تلك المشروعات من رئيس بلدية محافظة المذنب المهندس: عبداللطيف الخطيب الذي بين أن المشروعات البلدية التنموية المتفرقة تشمل البدء بتنفيذ المرحلة الرابعة من منتزه خرطم السياحي بمساحة قدرها 3,700,000 م2 ، مشيراً لسموه إلى أنه قد جرى الانتهاء من أربعة مشروعات أخرى شملت حديقة حي الخالدية المقامة على مساحة 8242 م2 ، وطريق الأمير فيصل بن مشعل والممتد بطول 13 كلم، والجزء الشرقي من منتزه البحيرة، والمقام على مساحة إجمالية قدرها 93500 م2 , إضافة إلى السوق المركزي للتمور والخضار واللحوم المقام على مساحة 40,000 م2. بعد ذلك تجول سموه على المعارض المقامة، التي اشتملت على أركان لعدد من الجهات الحكومية والأهلية والحرفيين والرسامين والرسامات، والأسر المنتجة، ومسرح الفعاليات، عقب ذلك توجه سمو الأمير فيصل بن مشعل لمقر الحفل المعد لهذه المناسبة، حيث بدأ الحفل بتلاوة آيات من الذكر الحكيم، ثم قدم عرض لمنجزات بلدية محافظة المذنب، إثر ذلك جرى استعراض موجز أمام أنظار الجميع للمشروعات التنموية البلدية المقامة في المحافظة، بعد ذلك دشن سمو أمير منطقة القصيم هوية مهرجان سكرية المذنب الحمراء بنسخته الأولى، ثم شهد سموه توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين المديرية العامة لخدمات المياه بالمنطقة وأمانة منطقة القصيم، حيث وقعها ممثل المياه مدير عام خدمات المياه بالمنطقة المهندس: عبدالمحسن الفريحي، وأمين المنطقة بالنيابة المهندس: عبدالعزيز المهوس من قبل الأمانة وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية للاستفادة من المياه المعالجة ثلاثيًا بمحطة المعالجة بمحافظة المذنب لري الأشجار في منتزه خرطم الجديد وأكد صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الدكتور: فيصل بن مشعل بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز أمير منطقة القصيم رئيس مجلس التنمية السياحية بالمنطقة, في كلمةٍ لسموه بهذه المناسبة، أن الأمن الذي تنعم به هذه البلاد بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز وسمو ولي عهده الأمين ـ حفظهما الله ـ، من فضل الله سبحانه ومنته، لافتًا الانتباه إلى أنه عكس تعزيز إقامة مثل هذه المحافل التي تقدم خدماتها المتنوعة وفعالياتها والفوائد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المتنوعة للأسر والزوار من أبناء هذه البلاد المباركة كافة، وقال سمو أمير منطقة القصيم: إن مهرجان صيف المذنب وغيره من المهرجانات المتنوعة في المنطقة تعكس حراكًا سياحيًا موسميًا متنوعًا ذا فائدة عالية للمنطقة، لما تحمله من خدمات للأسر وللشباب في العمل والترفيه، وترسم التكاتف في البذل والجهود بين أبنائها, مشيرًا سموه إلى أن التكاتف يصنع منجزات متتالية ومخرجات تنعكس على المنطقة وأهلها التي يستفاد منها اقتصاديًا في مثل هذه المواقع السياحية وأضاف سموه : أن منتزه خرطم يعد من المنتزهات التي يفتخر بها في منطقة القصيم لما يحظى به من اهتمام وعناية متواصلة وتحسين وتجميل من قبل بلدية المحافظة, مؤكداً أن وجود هذا العدد الكبير من العائلات والأسر وجميع المستفيدين من هذه الفعاليات هو مصدر فخر وسرور, مقدمًا شكره وتقديره لمحافظ المذنب ولرئيس البلدية على جهودهما الموفقة حيال إنجاز هذه المشروعات التنموية، واصلاً شكره لمشغل مهرجان صيف المذنب39 مؤسسة رمال الغضا السياحية ولفريق العمل كافة، ولجنة التنمية السياحية بالمحافظة، والجهات الحكومية والخاصة المشاركة في مهرجان صيف المذنب, سائلاً المولى عز وجل أن يديم على هذه البلاد نعمة الأمن والأمان والنماء الدائم.
