واصلت فعاليات مهرجان صيف المذنب 39 تحت عنوان " صيف المذنب دائماً أطيب " ، بإشراف مؤسسة رمال الغضا لتشغيل المهرجانات وذلك في منتزه خرطم السياحي بالمحافظة حيث إبتدأت الفعاليات على المسرح المفتوح مع فرقة إمتاع الخليج الترفيهية حيث أقيمت الفعاليات والألعاب والتحديات للأطفال والكبار ، وإستمر دوري البلايستيشن في خيمة الشباب ،
