في ليلة من ليالي الوفاء والعطاء أُقيم مساء يوم الأربعاء 25 / 12 / 1439هـ في منزل رئيس هيئة أعضاء شرف نادي التقدم الرياضي بمحافظة المذنب رجل الأعمال الوجيه: إبراهيم بن علي العبودي في العاصمة الرياض لقاءاً مع أعضاء شرف النادي وذلك للنقاش حول مستقبل النادي في المرحلة المقبلة والوقوف مع النادي في المرحلة القادمة حيث اجتمع الأوفياء وتعاهد المجتمعون بتقديم مساهمات مالية للنادي من أبناء المحافظة ومن محبي النادي حيث وصل دعم أعضاء الشرف حتى الآن أكثر من نصف مليون ريال للنهوض بالنادي للوصول للدرجة الأولى بإذن الله تعالى ،، شكراً للوجيه : إبراهيم بن علي العبودي على كرم الضيافة وحُسن الإستقبال ..
