وبتغطية إعلاميَّة موقع وسناب أهالي المذنب الإلكتروني أقامت جمعية أغصان البيئيَّة: مُبادرة تشجير مركز الخرماء التابعة لمحافظة المذنب وذلك بدعم من مؤسسة تنمية الغطاء النباتي الأهلية " مروج " والمركز الوطني لتنمية الغطاء النباتي ومكافحة التصحر وبالتعاون مع بلدية العمار وثانوية الخرماء للبنين وذلك بحضور وتشريف سعادة رئيس المركز الأستاذ: غالي بن صنيتان بن سحمان والشيخ: عفاس بن سحمان ونائب رئيس بلدية العمار المهندس: راكان المطيري ورائد النشاط المدرسي بثانوية الخرماء ومشرف التطوع بالمدرسة الأستاذ: خالد بن صالح العواد وعدد من طلاب المدارس وأعضاء جمعيَّة أغصان البيئيّة وعدد من أهالي المركز، وتم منح المتطوعين ساعات تطوعية معتمدة من المنصة الوطنية للتطوع وذلك صباح اليوم الأربعاء الساعة 8 صباحاً، تلا ذلك توجه الجميع لمركز الخرماء وكان في إستقبال الجميع سعادة رئيس المركز الأستاذ: غالي بن صنيتان سحمان.
