بدأت فعاليات صيف المذنب 39 عصر يوم الجمعة 22 / 10 / 1439هـ بإستعراض الطيران الرياضي وتحليقه في سماء منتزه خرطم بعدها توالت الفعاليات والأنشطة الثقافية والترفيهية في خيمة الأسرة النسائية مع حركة البيع للأسر المنتجة تلاها الحفل الإنشادي للمنشد المبدع : طارق الشلاحي وفقرة للشاعر: محمد بن ناجي المطيري القادم من حفر الباطن لإهداء قصيدة خاصة لأهالي محافظة المذنب، فقرة ألعاب ترفيهية قدمها الكابتن : محمد العويس امتدت حتى منتصف الليل ويصاحبها من الجانب الآخر منافسة الطهي الخلوي بإشراف الأستاذ: عادل الغنام وقد عرضت مهارات الطبخ من شبابنا ، وصاحب فعاليات الجمعة معرض المرسم الحُر للرجال والنساء، شكر خاص لرعاة الطيران الرياضي أعضاء المجلس البلدي بالمحافظة الأستاذين: هزاع بن سليمان الشطيطي والأستاذ: فهد بن سالم الرشيد ،،
