تشرفت مُحافظة وأهالي محافظة المذنب بالزيارة الودية مساء يوم الثلاثاء 18 / 2 / 1439هـ من سعادة محافظ الرس الأستاذ: محمد بن عبدالله العساف
وبحضور سعادة وكيل محافظة الرس الأستاذ: بدر العساف ورئيس لجنة أهالي محافظة الرس الأستاذ: عبدالله الدعجان وأمين لجنة التنمية السياحية بمحافظة الرس الأستاذ: محمد الحوشاني وعدد من أهالي وأعيان محافظة الرس وكان في إستقبالهم سعادة محافظ المذنب الأستاذ: سليمان بن محمد التويجري ورجل الأعمال سعادة الأستاذ: إبراهيم بن علي العبودي وأهالي وأعيان محافظة المذنب ،شملت الزيارة قصر الضيافة الخاص لسعادة الأستاذ: عبدالله بن فهد المجماج تخلل اللقاء كلمات ترحيبية بالجميع ومشاركات شعرية وكلمات متنوعة ، تلا ذلك تم زيارة منتزهات خرطم السياحية بالمحافظة ، ثم تم الإنتقال لقرية المذنب التراثية والإطلاع على القطع التراثية النادرة بشرح مفصل من المرشد السياحي الأستاذ: محمد بن إبراهيم الحواس ، شملت الزيارة جولة على سوق التمورالمركز بالمحاقظة ومضمار اللياقة ومنتزه البحيرة الذكية ، ثم بعد ذلك إتجه الجميع لمركز الأمير سلطان الحضاري الذي تخلل البرنامج كلمات لسعادة محافظ الرس وسعادة محافظ المذنب ولأهالي وأعيان محافظة الرس وتم عرض عرض مرئي يحكي عن محافظة المذنب والتنمية والتطور التجاري والسياحي الملحوظ ، وتناول الجميع طعام العشاء ، تلا ذلك توجه الجميع لمنزل رجل الأعمال سعادة الأستاذ: إبراهيم بن عبدالله الشتوي في لوذان شمال محافظة المذنب ، وفي ختام الزيارة قدّم سعادة محافظ ووكيل محافظة الرس شكرهم وتقديرهم لسعادة محافظ المذنب وأهالي المذنب على كرم الضيافة وحسن الإستقبال ،،
